About me
I am working in corporate offices last 20 years. My job demands long working hours, mainly at a desk. I had a tendency of overeating, which caused obesity and back pain. I met a few diet experts, but their suggestions miserably failed as they did not match my lifestyle and requirements. So, my weight kept increasing, and I avoided even checking my weight level. All of a sudden, I discovered that my weight is 110 kg. Then I started my study.
After careful study of one month, I started to take action. This gradually worked, and I was able to lose ~3kg/month without exerting too much effort. I am sure many people are suffering in the same way. So, I decided to write up my understanding and ideas to share with you. I hope this will improve your life.
